Return and exchange policy: • The customer is granted a free trial of 2 grams of oud wood, provided that the usage does not exceed 4 grams. • If more than the free trial is used, the full shortfall will be deducted along with the free trial. • The incense must be in its natural state without breaking, damage, or alteration. • For returning the musk, it must be a slight sample on cloth, and musk cannot be returned in the following cases: 1- More than 5% of its weight tested, provided it does not exceed 1 gram. 2- Used on the skin. 3- The musk has been poured into quarter bottles in case of bulk purchase in one package. • Perfumes, sprays, incense, and ready-made products are not eligible for return unless they are in their original condition. • Customers of the online branch have the right to return if the product does not match the described specifications, and the return value will be on the store. • If the product does not violate the description and the customer wants to return it for any reason, the return cost will be on the customer. • In case of a defect in the product from the store’s side, the shipping cost will be on the store. • The amount will be refunded after receiving and verifying the product. • The customer has the right to return and exchange within a maximum of 7 days after receiving the order.
